It is perfect in my opinion. I also put a mirror finish on the blade with my Wicked Edge Pro system. It is hair popping sharp. Aside from the resharpening, I can't find a mark on it. The clip carries very deep, which most people like (myself included). Materials-wise, it leaves a little to be desired. The 1.4116 steel is used pretty widely in budget offerings from Cold Steel and CRKT. but it doesn't stay sharp super long.
