MOTOR VEHICLES--GROSS WEIGHT FEES ON FARM TRUCKS AN ACT Relating to motor vehicles; and amending section 46.16.090, chapter 12, Laws of 1961 and RCW 46.16.090. BE IT EXACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:Section 1. Section 46.16.090, chapter 12, Laws of 1961 and RCW 46.16.090 are each amended to read as
Limit all other vehicle license and registration fees to $30, including the electric vehicle fee, commercial trailer and snowmobile fees, and weight-based fees for vehicles up to 10,000 pounds; and, Repeal the 0.3% tax on motor vehicle retail sales. Chapter 46.09 RCW:OFF-ROAD, NONHIGHWAY, AND (2) The application for renewal of an ORV registration has the same requirements as described for the renewal of vehicle registrations in RCW 46.16A.110 and must be accompanied by the annual off-road vehicle license fee required under RCW 46.17.350, in addition to any other fees or taxes due for the application.
(2)(a) Beginning July 1, 2017, before accepting a report of sale filed under RCW 46.12.650(2), the department, county auditor or other agent, or subagent appointed by the director shall require the applicant to pay the filing fee under RCW 46.17.005(1), the license plate technology fee under RCW 46.17.015, the license service fee under RCW 46 ENGROSSED SECOND SUBSTITUTE HOUSE BILL 135115 not more than ten percent alcohol by weight to persons twenty-one 16 years of age or older. 17 (13) The board may adopt rules to implement this section. 18 Sec. 2. RCW 66.24.360 and 2015 c 192 s 1 are each amended to 19 read as follows:20 (1) There is a grocery store license to sell wine and/or beer,

This annual fee must be paid and collected annually and is due at the time of initial and renewal vehicle registration. Sec. 3.
